I provided this tracking number as asked on 1/22/24 but here it is again GF_8334592. Once again (1/26/24) I was asked for the GF tracking number. I was asked to provide a reference number today (1/22/24). That was a month ago, tells you all you need to know about their customer service. So after given an email address from Grundfos so they can discuss the issue I contacted them and they sent a reply email stating someone from their company would contact me shortly. The email only said that someone would contact me soon. REPLY RESPONSE: I was not given a tracking number in the email response from Grundfos. Apparently their reply was just left to appear they care about customer service for people checking reviews. I would stay as far away from the Groundfos brand as possible.NOTE: Grundfos left a reply asking to provide more information which I did but they never bothered to reply after contacting them via email (no phone number was provided). ![]()
